Initial MOC Application:  This is your 1st recertification after earning your initial TAGME certification (exam required

Subsequent MOC Application:  This application is only for those who have passed both their Initial and 1st Maintenance of Certification exams. SMOC recertification does not require an exam.

The application window is open August 1, 2026 through August 15, 2026.  You will be notified once your review is complete.  

The examination window opened July 1, 2026 and will close October 31, 2026.
